Jhol momos are served in a warm, tangy sesame sauce. Rich, fragrant, and a favourite way to enjoy the dumpling.
Chilli, Kothe, Chaat, and more
Chilli momos are tossed in a bold spicy sauce. Kothe are pan-fried until golden. Chaat momos come topped with yogurt, fresh onion, cilantro, and tamarind. Kurkure are coated in crispy breadcrumbs.
